Question"Out of Paper" Keeps saying and been extremely frustrating. The paper tray has paper. When i call cannon support, they are off on weekends or 1-hour wait. I have tried the recycling route of plugging and unplugging On/Off. I have tried troubleshooting it.

- Answer It's also a good idea to keep the paper tray at least half full of paper.

- Answer No, the MF642Cdw does not send or receive faxes. If that is desired, then you should consider the next model up, the MF644Cdw.

- Answer I am assuming that you are asking about a 32 bit vs 64 bit operating system. Since you can scan to a memory stick right at the printer, I don't believe it would matter. I don't know if the software that comes with the printer requires a 64 bit system, but I would think they have a 32 bit option if required.

QuestionI have been using for more than year. Supply levels are under 25%. What are my options to keep running? Do I need to buy new cartridges which are expensive than the printer itself or can I reuse the same cartridges by depositing the ink powder?

- Answer Its best to look into canon's recycling program. Its unusual for all the cartridges to run out at the same time so you can stagger purchases and save time money and frustration using that program
