How to make it scan. null

Have not scanned. What I like about Best Buy is there are sales people who can help with that question.

On your computer screen you should see a Icon for Canon Quick Menu. After you click on it, it opens up different options for working with the printer. The second one going down on the right hand corner says "Scan photos and documents." After you click on that, it will give you an option for instructions for scanning.
