“I'm unable to scan from the printer to my PC. Is there suppose to be a lighted area on the Menu Screen? When I attempt to scan a Document to the PC I get a message saying ( Not) connected. Able to Fax; Copy and Print.”

• You will have to be hardwired to your PC if your PC is not wifi capable or fully connected via wifi to the printer
