• Printer uses one color cartridge and one black. Not sure if your color cartridges are all colors in one or each color is individual. It does scan (i assume fax but I haven’t needed to fax to see). It’s also wifi

• I have the 492 and yes it scans/copy/print color and its also wireless. The ink for it is the prixma 245 XL
