This camera works great, in my opinion it's one of the best ones, the down side could be the microphone. The other option that you have it's the Sony RX100 V really good to but it's 300 more expensive, and the big difference it's the 4K vs the 1080HD beside that the Canon G7ii it's pretty solid Camera.

Please try again later.This camera is great for vlogging, but for a great sound experience you'll need an external mic AND recorder (you may use your phone and a good mic), and then sync both files. Think about panasonic gh4 (or 5) if you have the money, but at this price range (under 1k), canon is the best choice!
