• I think it is. I took pictures of my family riding jet skis at the lake and it did a great job. They were a football field away and clear outdoor video. I don't know about low light though. I have not tried indoor video at a distance.

• I have taken a number of 360 degree outdoor videos and they look pretty good on my iPad and desktop.
