• You need one unit, but four door sensor (the unit comes with one). Unfortunately, additional sensors for the latest revision MyQ are not available yet.

• This is hub + sensor. You would have to buy three additional sensors only (dont see it in BestBuy though).

• It says the larger device is a hub. If it really is a hub you should be able to get more sensors and use them but I don't really know how you would do that after having set this device up for a single garage. I am going to go out on a limb and say you need 4 completed units but I would definitely call the manufacturer and ask first. One thing to consider is the sensors use a watch battery and I do not yet know how long that battery lasts. You are supposed to perform manual push button tests on the sensor. So either way you will have to keep up maintenance on 4 sensors.
