“System Freezes seemingly at random since adding a 4th Corsair fan and swapping the cpu fan for a "stock" heatsink and fan. If it boots properly at all. I've been trying to determine what if anything I can do and keep failing. Any assistance will help”

If a fan is causing your computer to crash / freeze i would say it could be a bad motherboard, or power supply, but if it's the Power supply then it could be maybe you need a bigger wattage. I suggest also checking cables / plugs / making sure all cables coating are not damage.
