I think you should be fine. As long as you don't have some monster VRM heat sinks on your board you should be okay. My daughter's build has Gskills Trident z with just 120mm fans on top. There's still at least a inch or so of room

Heads up...I tried mounting the H60 on top, which was possible, but it was a VERY tight fit because of the Vengeance RAM...so, I front mounted it instead. This relieved a lot of challenges around cable routing, and it looked cleaner (imo). Thanks again!
