Depends on which way the air is flowing. Pushing out of the case, the fans spin clockwise (to the right). Pulling air into the case, the fans spin counter clockwise (to the left). YouTube is your friend, if you need a visual.

Do you mean to ask if it’s an exhaust or an intake fan? They can be either, just gotta follow the arrows on the top to put it in the direction you want it. My first photo is the fans being used as an intake and the second pic is the same ones being used as an exhaust.
