The fans are ARGB that get hooked up to a hub. If i remember correctly, the 3 pack comes with a hub, a short and long cable that connects to the fans, a cable that connects the hub to a pcie 6 pin on the power supply, and a cable connecting the hub to a usb 2.0 header. If you decide to get this, I'd recommend replacing all your fans with the icue fans since you can daisy chain all the fans together. The icue hub has 2 sides that you can connect the fans into and both sides can handle 11 fans each.
