It can easily power a 7700x depending on your GPU. If your GPU requires 600 W or more I would not recommend this PSU but otherwise you should be fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this power supply with a 9700x and it does fine. The 7700x is a higher TDP, however not enough to make a difference here. Now whether or not it'll work with the rest of the system it's the question. You might try to setup your system in a website like pcpartpicker. Once you and the components you can see what type of power draw is possible. You also need to figure out whether there are the correct pets and number of ports needed for the other components your needing. Do you have more than one video card? How many power connectors does your video card require? What type and how many power connections are required for your other system peripherals? Simply put there are a few things to pay attention to. Also pay attention to the case your going to be using. Does the case require a power supply with side connections? If so this wouldn't be the model you'd want, but Corsair does make one that would work in that case too.
