• It does light up (the logo), but is just status based. Its either light blue when active and connected or red/flashing when trying to connect or currently disconnected. There are no configuration options on the USB stick in the iCue software which controls all aspects of the headphones themselves (like the EQ, on headset RGBs, microphone, etc.)

• I've seen it glow white and flash red. That's all the color I've seen on it.

• The usb does light up letting you know if it’s connected to the headset or not. I don’t think the light on the usb is programmable but I’m not sure.
