Questioni just bought these today to use temporary with my macbook pro until i build my pc, but when i plugged everything in and turned them on they said they were connected but no sound was coming from head set. please help

- Answer The special edition appearance wise comes in the Corsair Black and yellow. Mainly to show off their branding in esport gaming and other gaming events. It also comes with an extension USB port cord that’s the same color. And finally, there is a striped RGB line on the side of the headset compared to the basic RGB Corsair logo.

QuestionJust got this headset and as instructed charging before first use. So far have been plugged in to USB (3.0) to charge for past 12 hours. Is it normal to have to charge that long / How long do you have to charge? Hope doesn't always take this long.

- Answer Had the same problem when I got mine. I left them to charge overnight and then when I woke they were green. After the first time charging they never took that long to reach full charge and turn green, but I also recommend putting them on charge every other night and just unplug them when you wake up. If needed they can still be used while plugged in.

- Answer Yes they work with the ps4, I have the same void pro wireless "pc version" headset and as soon as I plug in the USB wireless transmitter the ps4 immediately recognizes the device. These are a great headset!

- Answer They plug in via USB, that particular game system probably only outputs sound to the television it's plugged into and doesn't support USB audio.
