The manual doesn't show capacity ... It only gives references to recommendation to how much of various foods can be used at one time... 8 slices toast, 28 - 42 frozen chicken nuggets, 12" pizza, etc. I suppose that information beats liters because other than comparisons, that doesn't do much good either, in my opinion. https://www.cuisinart.com/share/pdf/manuals/afr-25.pdf
