QuestionIs this equivalent to a 6L? We have a 3.5L Chefman and it's too small for our family of four. Is this double the size of my current one or ??? Wish the industry had a standardized sizing method.

QuestionWhat is the cooking capacity in liters rather than the item description info and spec. of pounds? Most air fryers are described by their capacity in volume not weight!

- Answer The manual doesn't show capacity ... It only gives references to recommendation to how much of various foods can be used at one time... 8 slices toast, 28 - 42 frozen chicken nuggets, 12" pizza, etc. I suppose that information beats liters because other than comparisons, that doesn't do much good either, in my opinion. https://www.cuisinart.com/share/pdf/manuals/afr-25.pdf

- Answer Make sure that it has a lot of space so that it is well ventilated. I keep our fryer in a corner when not in use. In use, I pull it out so that it is free all around and I make sure that there is an open space, not only on the sides and at the back of the device but also above the unit.

- Answer Hi Meow, it's the smaller of the 2 units that Cuisinart offers and the inside is small- do yourself a favor and look at it before you buy. It's a great unit but too small. We didn't even use it, we returned it for the larger unit, and it's PERFECT !

QuestionJust bought one of these. The oven door does not close completely. Is that normal? There is a 2.5-5mm gap at the top.

- Answer No, it is not. It should close flush with the unit. Return it as defective. I had to return one for this reason. Replacement is fine.
