Ours is working perfectly - you may have a defective unit on your hands.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My first unit did the same thing. I got it replaced under warranty. The second unit does the exact same thing. I think there's a defect in either the temperature sensor or its placement in the oven. Temps were verified with a second thermometer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours did the same thing. Replaced it from Amazon and the second one is the same. But then couldn't return it. Now it's just sitting in a box. Bought a Black & Decker instead. If anyone knows a solution, I'd love to hear it.
