Its literally a convection oven and its huge for an air fryer... hint make jerky marinade, place some cheap tough meat cut in strips In marinade. Chill over night , 60 mins on 145 then drop to warm to dry out for another 30 mins to an hour. Best invention ever.

Because it’s all stainless steel there is no worry about anything flaking off. Cleanup is a breeze. And this unit is also a toaster, broiler, oven, convection oven as well as an air fryer!!!
