I have not found any cookbooks specific to this appliance unfortunately. It has been somewhat trial and error in figuring out cooking times. I have gotten some recipes off pinterest. I do like this oven a lot, except for the cheapest baking tray ever that came with it, once you use it a few times, it deteriorates quickly and is almost impossible to clean. Anyway, good luck with the recipes, my only advise is cook everything up to five minutes less time than whatever regular regular recipe you are trying to convert.
