“Does this have an internal fan? If so, how loud is it? I don't like noise.”

I have never found any of these to be noisy. Mine sits under my desk and the only noise is when there is a power outage. Then it beeps to let you know.

Sorry unit does not have a fan. A heavier larger commercial unit may. Check with CyberPower customer service representatives.
