QuestionI got this computer yesterday and it worked for a little while (not even an hour) and it started to crash or something and go into this place that has gigabyte at the top and a bunch of different tabs, the pc has also has gone into boot loops.

- Answer This happened to me as well. I ended up returning mine and getting a new one. I feel like it must of gotten dropped or something during the shipping process. It’s been like two weeks and I’ve had no problems with this new one. Good luck.

QuestionDisplay does not work through hdmi port to Samsung TV. Verified cord is not bad on another pc. Any ideas?

- Answer I just bought this today (12-27-20) and had no problem with the HDMI connecting. Make sure you're connecting to the video card HDMI and not the other ones above it like noted.

QuestionJust bought this Gaming PC for my kids for Christmas and sure enough we can't get the monitor to display. Connecting to Samsung TV through hdmi cable on card not motherboard of course. Double checked hdmi cord on another computer and it. Any ideas?

QuestionHi, How to I change the RBG lights on the pc, I tried using the little button at the top of the pc but it does nothing for me. Is there a way I can fix it? There is 1 cable unplugged in the pc and it is labeled “PCI-E”. Mabye that the problem?
