This happened to me as well. I ended up returning mine and getting a new one. I feel like it must of gotten dropped or something during the shipping process. It’s been like two weeks and I’ve had no problems with this new one. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.send it back for a full refund. the RMA and tech departments are the worst. do not try to RMA anything. Chad (the head of the RMA dep) will make you wait at least to months before you get anything back. it also takes them about a week just to answer emails.
