A:Answer I own this computer with the exact same specs. I use Adobe Creative Cloud and have access to all of the programs with my subscription. I am able to launch After Effects (AE) and start a new project with or without video. It's 100% stable. If the system crashes only when using AE, confirm there are no known issues with your Antivirus app and Creative Cloud. Try disabling your antivirus and see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't, try using a different antivirus. If that still doesn't fix the issue, completely uninstall Creative Cloud and any Adobe bloatware. Reinstall Creative Cloud and AE. Hopefully that resolves the issue. If you still have a problem (you shouldn't!), completely uninstall the existing DDR4 Ram that shipped with your computer and install a new set of RAM. Does that resolve the issue? In closing, there could be other compatibility issues if you are unable to resolve the problem using the methods above, although I suspect it's your antivirus or a corruption with AE requiring a reinstall.
