“If warranty service is needed, will the PC be taken back to Best Buy or will it have to be shipped to CyberPowerPC?”

During the return period you can take it to Best Buy, after that the company handles it. They have an advanced RMA process for parts so if any small components fail they can send you a part for exchange. I believe their sites say for case or motherboard fails you will return the whole machine, so I’d keep the box somewhere.
