QuestionSo, i am thinking on getting this, people are saying that this PC can run CS:GO smoothly, if you would, if you have this PC, please start up csgo (if you have it) and tell me the average frame rate you get on the highest resolution with medieum settings.

- Answer You could run this thing on ultra settings and still get well over 100 FPS on CS:GO. I recommend getting Radeon Chill to keep your temperature low though

QuestionSo I just got this PC yesterday and I tried plugging the HDMI to the monitor and I had no signal. (I tried both HDMI ports on the back of the PC) But it worked with my xbox just fine. What do I need to do to fix the issue?

- Answer I had the same problem with a brand new CyberPowerPC Gamer Ultra Desktop AMD FXSeries 16GB Memory 2TB Hard Drive I ordered for my son for Christmas a couple years ago. I called Geek Squad support and did everything they told me, was on the phone for a few hours with no solution. Then had to have Geek Squad come to check it out. They decided it was DOA! Said they had a lot of problems with that brand of PC's and suggested I buy one with an I5 processor instead. I returned the gaming PC and bought the HP Envy Desktop Intel Core i5 12GB Memory 128GB Solid State Drive 1TB Hard Drive HP finish in natural silver instead. I hope this helps you, but hate to tell you your PC just might not work. Ours wasn't even starting up I guess.

- Answer Yes it does run USB 3. Look for the USB’s that are green. There are two USB 3.0 in the back and two more on the top front right of the case.

QuestionHello, I’m having trouble connecting this to my monitor. I used a vga to vga cable and it didn’t connect. I used an hdmi to hdmi and it also didn’t work. What should I do? My monitor doesn’t have a dvi port so I’m confused at what I should do!

- Answer Have you tried using the second hdmi port? I believe the one that is very visible requires additional software. There should be a red cap thats fitted into one of the hdmi ports that you will have to pull out to expose it.

QuestionSo, I just set up my computer and it says that Windows has not been activated and I need the product key, which I have searched high and low for both in and on the computer and the box. I was under the impression that it wasn't needed. Anyone else?

QuestionThe previous PC i had was used the parallel port to connect from pc to monitor. After bought this pc, the parallel port doesn't match, but the VGA does, but when i plug in VGA port, it doesn't signal to my monitor, any recommend?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out Jason. This Pc does not actually have a Parallel port, the port you may have noticed is actually the DVI port. For this Pc you will want to connect your monitor to the computers video card ports which are located further down the case, underneath the exhaust fan. The VGA and the DVI port right above it will not provide a display as the motherboard disables its own ports when it detects a video card.
