Ryzen 7 3700x is a better value than i9 9900k . Its cheaper and energy efficient. i9 is 11% better in gaming according to user benchmark and is 12% better in overclocking speeds. Overall comparable. Ryzen 9 is overkill. This is CPU to CPU comparison.
