When you do contact them, they are still unhelpful. I purchased this for my son in December. Unboxed Christmas Day and had freezing and lag issues ever since. Called cyberpower and they just give unhelpful stock answers and Bestbuy have said that I need to but the geek squad help program for about 180 a year before they can help, despite the fact that it is brand new and I also bought the 3 year warranty. A complete mistake on my part - I will never buy a pc from walmart or a cyberpwer machine again...
