“Hello, we already built the kitchen cabinets and only have 36” for the hood. We purchased the Dacor 36” Range Hood Liner to insert into a 36” cabinet—will this work or do we need a smaller liner?”

The hood insert has a cutout requirement of 29 13/16” (75.7 cm). Hood insert also requires a minimum 24” (60.9 cm) clearance above an electric cooking product and 30” (76.2 cm) above a gas cooking product. The maximum recommended height over both cook tops is 36” (91.4 cm).
