Does this work with a surface pro 7? null

I have a work surface and if works fine. I just plug in the usb A and it connects to my monitors, keyboard and mouse and speakers. I also plug in my personal hp laptop the same way and it also works fine.

Surface Pro 7's hardware configuration meets the requirement to be connected with this docking station, however, Dell hasn't tested this docking station with Surface Pro 7 hence compatibility is not assured.
