“I've read that there are no built in speakers. Apparently when you hook this monitor up to a tower it hijacks all audio but there is no audio on the monitor itself. My Lenovo tower only has a headset jack and no other audio out. What is the workaround?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi mike, It doesn't have speakers and I use the HDMI ports. I have ext. speakers and this monitor didn't hamper my speakers at all. Not sure why you say this happened.
