• Yes, you can use this monitor as part of a 2 display setup as long as your PC has connections for 2 displays.

• Kind of depends on your computer's capabilities, but yes. I'm running mine through a Thunderbolt docking station from my Dell XPS 15 from 2017. I have one hooked to HDMI and the other through VGA. Not sure what my full capabilities are, but I'm thinking about trying DVI to HDMI instead of VGA. Hope this helped.
