That's exactly what I was looking for in a new computer -- multiple apps and windows opened at the same time and dealing with lots of photos & graphics to edit and view. So far, it's been doing very well. I have not been disappointed. Only froze up very briefly one time (on PowerPoint) but that was because I mistakenly pressed a wrong key at a wrong time.... my fault, not the computer's.
