“I just got this computer and did the setup and that seemed to have went well. Then after that nothing at all would open now all I have is a black screen when the computer is on. I'm ready to send it back and I just got it yesterday. Help”

Sounds like your hard drive got corrupted. Same thing happened to me when I downloaded windows 10. I had to take it to a pro. They reprogrammed the hard drive but I lost most of what I had ....they could not recover my files and I did not know how to create backups... Now I know how to back up incase this happens again.
