Yes, it can run basically any current game

I've been able to run GMod on my 4th gen intel integrated graphics card, with a solid 60+fps, it's not a very demanding game. However, it will play any triple-A game such as Battlefield 1, Titan Fall, and many others. And last time I checked, you can run MineCraft at 200+ FPS on high settings.
