For Windows 8 and Windows 10, the Product Key is "injected" onto the computer motherboard at the factory, and the installation and activation processes refer to the BIOS of the computer to verify authenticity and activate Windows. No Windows Product Key is otherwise provided or needed by the customer.

Please try again later.it has windows 10 on it but it does not have a recovery disc but msi has software on it that lets you make one on a flash drive 32gb is recommended also there are 2 drives in it 1 is a 128 gb ssd that contains the os then a 1 tb hdd so if your just going to replace the hdd you don't need to reinstall windows
