“How do I activate windows? It is stuck in the lower right hand corner of the screen. This laptop comes with Windows 10. The activation key is supposed to be embedded in the motherboard. Very disappointed.”

Good luck! Geek Squad is no help and Dell offers very little phone support. My wife got mine up and running using the Dell web site and a lot of patience...I wanted to literally throw it in the trash can! You should consider finding a local independent tech to look at it.
