“I ordered this online and received in the mail. Right now there isn’t a touch screen function. Does this have to be activated somewhere in the settings?”

Please check your paperwork and stickers on the computer. You will find your warranty contact information.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try folding it into its tablet configuration--it might be set up to turn off the touch screen in normal operating mode. If the touch function works under those circumstances, it probably just needs an adjustment to the settings in order to operate under regular laptop mode.
