How are the keyboard and mouse powered? null

The keyboard and mouse are powered via batteries.

Insert the USB adapter, about the size of a quarter into the USB port on the computer. Be sure battery is in both keyboard and mouse. Power on. Wiggle mouse. Should be good to go. Keyboard settings will pop up on computer screen. I prefer using the top choice US.
