“I use Adobe Creative Cloud programs. I read that this model may not work well with PhotoShop, etc. What does Dell mean by "the hardware of this computer not able to fully support the CC application"? Why not? What will happen if I install CC on this AIO?”

The system components do not match the requirements for Photoshop or other software. You can install the application on the system but while using it you would not get the best results on the edit and the system would be extremely slow in processing the images.
