    • Answer The RAM can definitely NOT be upgraded. It is soldered to the board. I spoke to Dell to confirm this. Whoever is claiming to be DELL responding to this forum is fraudulent. Best Buy needs to take charge and make certain pre-sales questions are being answered accurately. Older XPS models were upgradeable for RAM. None since 2023 can be upgraded. Watch a review on You Tube of DELL XPS models or do what I did and reach out to DELL yourself. Best Buy, you need to fix this and make sure wrong information is not confusing customers
