• The Inspiron 3030 tower includes an optical disk tray. If you do not need a a gaming system or other graphic-intense machine, this might be the way to go. But they are more limited as far as upgrades go. Unlike older towers, these do not have the old front drive bays that you could just install anything you want into. For that, you would need to spend extra to get into the Dell Plus towers at considerable cost.
