Yes. The “.2” refers to optional second subwoofer input if desired. Note, this tuner also offers second zone feature. If you want the second zone (independent operation of a pair of speakers in another room), you will use two of the 7.1 inputs, therefore dropping your primary room to 5 speakers + subwoofer. If you are just planning on the 7 speakers and subwoofer in one room, there’s no problem. You just won’t be able to use the 2nd zone function. It’s a great tuner, btw.
