“Is this battery dual voltage? Will it work in European countries with an adapter or does it need a converter?”

• the voltage question is not a battery issue, but the charger charging it. so if you look at the back of the charger it should give you an input voltage (something like 110V or 100-240 V, the second being international ready), but the battery is not the dependent part.
