• Hey Betty, I think your auto-correct is a little too aggressive. HDMI= High Definition Multimedia Interface. If you are watching cable TV, you must already have a cable connected to the TV. Most cable boxes have HDMI ports and all the newer TVs do, too. If you use coax instead of HDMI, you will only get SD, standard definition, cable TV. For $7, try the HDMI cable and see it in HD, high def.
