• No this cable DOES NOT support 240hz at 4K . This cable is a 2.0 he I spec. A cable that is 2.1 will. Please ignore the other answers here. The max for 4K will be 60Hz.

• Any HDMI cable will support 240hz refresh rate. Utilizing the refresh rate depends on the devices involved (such as an HDTV, monitor and PC).
