Are use the cable between my Roku and my HDTV, my Xbox one and the TV, and I’ve used it for a Blu-ray player to the TV. I’m sure it would work for a PS4 as long as they have an HDMI output

your pc could have one of the following video output displayport mini display port vga dvi -or- hdmi, make sure your pc has this output before buying this item.

you can plug it to any device that has an hdmi input.

I use it to connect my laptop to a monitor. I have no issue with this setup.
