Can this be used on a cinderblock wall null

We have mounted ours to our brick wall above our fireplace that we do not use. Not sure if this helps.. The anchors definitely provide more stability, so it sucks if you mess up with the measurements and have to buy additional ones (hint hint) in order to mount it to a heavier duty wall.
