“I bought the Sony 75" Class 900H and used this mount. The mount won't hold my tv upright, as it always wants to tilt forward and sideways. Is there a way to prevent the tv from moving inadvertently?”

Try to adjust the tension screw for tilt and sideways with an Allen wrench.
