“How to I stop this thing from sliding left and right? I have the mounts attached to TV, then hung the TV onto the wall plate and tightened the safety bolt but it still slide let to right when I try use the mount (i.e. turn TV, etc)”

That was the only issue I had. I ended up drilling holes into the bracket so the tighteners which did absolutely nothing, could do the job they were supposed to do.
