• The Dynex full Motion TV mount is for TV’s 47-70 inches wide. You will need to chose a mount within the width of your tv. It probably could be used in concrete if the installer is a professional.

• I honestly don't see why not.. It comes with the plastic anchors to mount into concrete. I mounted mine into drywall into studs, and I have a 65" TV. So this should work for that.
